2022 RUA Pinot Noir Magnum

The 2022 RUA Pinot Noir is fresh and vibrant, with concentrated raspberry, red plum and wild thyme aromas. The palate showcases soft, silky tannins and bright acidity. This wine drinks beautifully now and for the next 5+ years.
After harvesting, the fruit was processed into stainless steel fermenters and inoculated with a range of Pinot Noir yeasts. After remaining on skins for 23 - 32 days, it was gently pressed off. A portion of the wine was aged in oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel to retain its freshness and vibrancy.
