93/100 points - Stephen Wong MW - The Real Review
Very delicate on the nose, hinting at subtle, tangy, seashell aromas. As it warms in the glass, the pretty scents of watermelon and rose petals emerge. The palate is softly dry with a gentle creaminess to balance the driving acidity. Spice, a hint of smoke, aromatic wood and flint lead to the chalky, tapered finish where lees-enriched croissant flavours emerge. A subtle, quiet and slightly austere wine which is easy to miss currently but will expand with time in bottle 14 May 2025
