95 points, Stephen Wong MW - The Real Review
Deeply complex, savoury aromas of brioche, earthy game, wood spice and toast with roasted nuts and wild mushroom, indicating significant flavour development in bottle. With air, layers of intriguing perfume lift from the glass, moving through dried flowers, citrus peel and black plum. The palate has power and richness with the spicy apple and nutty savoury flavours building across a scaffold of wood tannins and firm, driving acidity. Very good concentration and length right through the sustained, dry finish. A serious, oak-influenced but also long lees-aged style which is now entering its prime. Enjoy with flavoursome food over the next few years 14 May 2025
