A single site wine, our 2022 Eden Sauvignon Blanc is imbued with minerality, elegance and fruit purity. The classic Central Otago Sauvignon Blanc flavours – guava, green pea and blackcurrant leaf – come to the fore on the nose. The palate displays texture and complexity, a result of four months of aging in neutral French oak barrels.
Picked in the cool hours of the morning, whole bunch pressed and settled in tank overnight before being racked to neutral French oak barrels. Fermented wild and aged for four months before blending.
