100% 777 Pinot Noir clone from our Eden Vineyard in the Pisa subregion of Central Otago. Harvested in the cool of the morning followed by a gentle press cycle.
After cold settling, the wine was racked clean into another tank before going through a cool ferment in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit flavours.
