Taut, youthful, salivating, fresh and delicious on the palate, flavours of citrus and white fleshed fruits coat the palate accentuated by acidity and power. The classic non fruit layers expected in SB are mild and soft with this example, sage and baby basil then minerality. very nice example with best drinking from 2022 through 2026+."
