About Mora Brut NV:
Crafted in the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle, this Chardonnay-dominant blend (65%) is aged on lees for 24 months, developing beautiful complexity, texture and finesse. Sourced from our Bannockburn vineyards (Felton Terraces and Cairnmuir) and the 25 Steps vineyard in Pisa, it offers lifted notes of white blossom, lemon curd, Royal Gala apples and white-fleshed stonefruit. The perfect aperitif.
