96 points - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
Gracefully rich, yet exquisitely poised, the wine shows white flesh stone fruit, vanilla, hazelnut, flint and lemon peel aromas on the nose. The palate displays outstanding weight and richly textured mouthfeel, wonderfully complemented by beautifully infused acidity. Superbly complex and harmonious with a persistent stylish finish. At its best: now to 2032. May 2023.

This silky, delicately textured Chardonnay possesses soft, lush fruit with a well-balanced, attractive acid line. Match with langoustine ravioli and crab cakes over the next 5 years. Fruit from Eden Vineyard in Pisa subregion, clone 6 and 28-y-o Mendoza, handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented in barrel, partially wild, underwent full MLF, aged for 9 months in barrel, 20% new oak. 13.5% alc. 18.5+/20 pts (94 pts) May 2023

Smooth-textured chardonnay with white peach, toasty oak, pineapple and cashew nut flavours. Nice purity although a bit simple, but seamless and appealing. A wine with wide appeal 04 MAY 2023
17.5/20 - Joelle Thomson
Beautiful expression of Central Otago Chardonnay with a silky texture, full body and complex layers of flavour supported by great structured acidity. Hand picked grapes, wild yeasts and nine months ageing in French oak (a modest 20% new oak) all make this wine a complex, smooth, full bodied and layered style of Chardonnay with ripe citrus notes leading the style. 6 May 2023

Excellent - Mark Henderson, Otago Daily Times
A nutty/straw/wheat like note leads, melon, citrus, white peach, a curl of smoke, swelling with aeration. Great flavour intensity, depth, vibrancy & energy flowing to a long close. Ripe fruit picking up hints of dried pineapple and citrus, yet always retaining juicy freshness. Showing its youthful vibrancy with some fine, drying tannins, but already drinking very nicely.
