The 2023 RUA Pinot Noir is fresh and vibrant, with concentrated raspberry, red plum and wild thyme aromas. The palate showcases soft, silky tannins and bright acidity. This wine drinks beautifully now and for the next 5+ years.
Processed into stainless steel fermenters, and inoculated with a range of Pinot Noir yeasts. On skins for 23-32 days and gently pressed off. A portion of the wine is aged in oak barrels (15% new) and the remainder in stainless to retain its freshness and vibrancy.
