This wine showcases vibrant red cherry, plum, and blackcurrant aromas. The palate is rich and generous, with dark fruit flavors carrying through seamlessly. A touch of spice enhances complexity, while silky, well-integrated tannins contribute to a fresh and vibrant finish. This wine is drinking beautifully now and will continue to evolve over the next 2-6 years.
After harvesting, the fruit was processed into stainless steel fermenters and inoculated with a range of Pinot Noir yeasts. After remaining on skins for 23 - 32 days, it was gently pressed off.
Approximately 15% of new oak influence in the wine. This provides fine integrated tannins and fruit structure.
